A large, national healthcare concern had a challenge with staffing a variety of full time positions across business units and geography. The types of positions varied from very specific Appeals and Governance roles to general Business Analysts and Project Managers. The locations of the positions were across multiple states and provided the ability to hire resources who would work remotely.
Murtech conducted several conference calls with the leadership team to prioritize the positions into groups. A timeline was set along with expectations from both Murtech and the client on feedback and interview steps.
The Murtech team provided daily updates and weekly reporting to the client on activity; issues and disposition of the candidate pool. Managing the “Steps to Success” become our mutual motto during the 3-4 week submittal; interview and selection process. The client phone screened; Skyped and onsite interviewed candidates across 6 states and 3 time zones. The preparation of the candidate to understand the position and articulate their experiences became a key component to the success of the hiring engagement. Further, the Murtech team took significant time to relationship build with the candidates to ensure that their expectations were managed during the multiple step process.
